(here's what i'm taking it from: CLICK )
should an actor be filed with homicide when
shooting a scene for a movie... and the
*victim* dies?
naturally this all revolves around motive/facts...
but lets assume that the *gunman* was just
doing as he was told, filming the scene,
and shot another -- mortally wounding him.
if the guy in the link above is innocent,
should he face charges?
is there a clause in the contracts for such a thing?

I doubt they'll ever have a clause for every freak accident that may happen. We can both see that he's probably innocent, but someone died and as usual everyone wants to be very sure that he didn't do it in purpose, so they know if they have to blame him or not.

If he is innocent or even thought of as innocent why would they charge him?
Oh wait this is america.. land of guilty until proven innocent

ok this is like a brother of a mexican actor.....so i heard that all over the news.....anywho after he shot and accidently killed the other man.....the producer and guy that handles the firearms for the movie fled.....like if they had something to hide or they didnt want to go to jail......i think he's innocent cause he did what the scene told him to do and he didnt know the shot would kill the fellow actor
